Who We Are
We’re are the MURC your go-to hub for support, celebration, and solidarity. Founded from a legacy of student activism, we serve SDSU’s immigrant, undocumented, and mixed-status communities with compassion and strength.

Join us for a healing-focused event for students who are children of immigrants. It combines storytelling, creative reflection, dialogue, and community-building to help participants process, honor, and celebrate their immigrant experiences.

Need Help Paying for Advance Parole/DACA Renewal?
Apply for Your DACA Renewal or Advance Parole Application With ECRT! Make sure you checkmark "Other" and specify that you need it for DACA Renewal on the ECRT Request Form
Meet with Ivan, our Financial Aid Counselor, for one-on-one support every Friday at the Monarch Unity Resource Center!”
Are you in need on Legal Immigration Services?
Need guidance on your immigration status or policy changes? As a student/ staff and faculty you have access to free legal support available in-person or online every Monday!”
Can't make it in person feel free to schedule an appointment!
Have you filed your CA Dream Act Application (CADAA)? Do you have Cal Grant B and Unmet Need on your financial aid? If so, you may qualify for the CSAC Dreamer Service Incentive Grant (DSIG).
By volunteering 5–10 hours a week (150 hours per semester) with a K-12 school, community college, university, or nonprofit (political, religious, and social orgs excluded), you can receive up to $2,250 per semester. This is a great way to gain experience, build skills, and support your community while funding your education.
